Bridge Building at James Dyson Centre

1st Harston Scouts visited the new James Dyson Centre at University of Cambridge Engineering Dept. this week.

The task was to build bridges out of rolled paper tubes and then test them to destruction using baked beans.

The winning bridge failed after 29 tins were placed in the bucket which goes to show that the power of beans should never be underestimated.
